Pumpkin Jam

Making home made Pumpkin Jam has never been easier! You can use this delicious jam as a breakfast food, to serve with a cheese platter or to make our Original Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time. 90 Minutes

Ingredients (perfect for 24cm diameter/ 5cm height)

  • Pumpkin - 750 grams

  • Sugar - 200 grams

  • Cinnamon - 1 stick

  • Water

Preparation:

  1. Start by peeling and cutting the pumpkin into small dice.

  2. Put the pumpkin along with the sugar, cinnamon and 100 mL of water in a pot and cook.

  3. Let it cook at medium heat for around 90 minutes (or until the water has evaporated completely) and you’re done!

  4. Let cool and enjoy

You can store this jam up to 3 months in the fridge
