Chia Pudding with Berries
We are officially obsessed with Chia Pudding and Chia Seeds and have been making every possible imaginable version. This is the beauty of Chia Seeds - they are good for you and the texture is great but they don’t taste like much, so it’s up to you to add the tastes you enjoy the most. We must say berries and chocolate our our favourites but mango and passion fruit are close seconds.
So what are Chia Seeds and why is everyone eating them now? Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet and are extremely low on calories. They not only deliver a lot of nutrients and are filled with antioxidants but they are also high in fibre and…protein. Chia Seeds are really a super food and they are especially great for people who are looking to loose weight without having to separate from a delicious snack.
Prep Time: 10 Min + overnight chia soaking
Ingredients for 1 pudding:

Blueberries/Strawberries/Any berries
Passion Fruit

You can literally do it with anything you like :)
How to:
Chia Pudding is so easy to make you will be making it on a daily basis. In a mixing bowl add the oat milk, chia seeds and anything you wish to add to taste - in our Chia seed we didn’t add anything inside and just opted for toppings. Mix to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. If you notice it’s too liquid just add more chia seeds and let refrigerate more.
Remove from the fridge and add your toppings - in our case berries and some passion fruit and enjoy :)
